The village of Lano is situated on the East coast of the Big Island of Savaii. From Upolu take the ferry at Mulifanua to Salelologa / Savaii. To continue to Lano you can either
  • take a taxi or the bus marked "Pu'apu'a" at the wharf
  • or arrange a transfer with Lauiula Beach Fales
  • or drive straight on from the wharf to the main road, turn right (northward). It is approx. 25 min. drive to Lano. Watch out for the speed bumpers, especially before and after the hospital in Tuasivi

Ferry Schedule: 6.00 am; 8.00 am, 12.00 pm; 2.00 pm, 4.00 pm
