Samoa is comprised of two main islands - Savaii and Upolu.

Upolu is the main Island where the capital city is located while Savaii is the largest Island.

The village of Lano is situated on the East coast of the Big Island of Savaii.

To arrive at Lauiula Beach Fales, Lano, you will need to take the ferry* at Mulifanua wharf on Upolu. The ferry will take you to the Salelologa wharf on Savaii.

To continue to Lano you can either
- Take a taxi or the bus marked "Pu'apu'a" at the wharf;
- Or arrange a transfer with us (Lauiula Beach Fales);
- Or drive straight on from the wharf to the main road and turn right (northward).
It is an approximate 20 minute drive to Lano. Watch out for the speed bumpers, especially before and after the hospital in
Tuasivi.
